Our surfboard racks and other products are made from recycled plastic materials in Bali, Indonesia.
Product colors, sizes, and materials may vary slightly due to the recycled nature of the materials and the hand made processes.
3. Pricing:
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice.
All prices are exclusive of transportation costs unless otherwise stated.

4. Order processing:
- Orders are processed after the advance payment is received.
- Production times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
- Custom designs or products may require additional lead time.
- A detailed design approval is required before production begins.
5. Payments
We accept payments via the options provided on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount.
All transactions are processed securely, and payment information is handled in compliance with applicable laws.
For custom orders advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining balance is due before shipment.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays for international orders.
7. Returns and refunds
Custom board racks are non-returnable, and due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
For the other Bali Board Racks if you’re not completely satisfied with your Bali Board Rack, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items should be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In case of defective products, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
