Variations in product
Each Bali Board Rack is crafted from recycled plastic, giving it a unique look and character. Slight
color, texture variations and imperfections are normal and part of the handmade process, so
please keep this in mind when considering a return.
- Custom board racks are non-returnable, and due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- For the other Bali Board Racks if you’re not completely satisfied with your Bali Board Rack, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items should be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees. For further

We want you to be happy with your Bali Board Rack purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (not for custom orders), under the following conditions:
Eligibility for return
Items must be in original, unused condition and have all tags attached.
Custom board racks are not eligible for return, as these are made specifically to order.
Return process
Contact us at hello@baliboardracks.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Once approved, package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Please allow a few days for the refund to process.
